3. Payments & Booking Policy

Consultation and Booking

• Initial discovery calls are free and non-binding.

• To book any interior design package or service, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your slot.

• Bookings are subject to availability and will only be scheduled once the deposit is received.

Payments

• The remaining 50% balance is due before final delivery of the design or before any installation begins.

• All invoices are payable within 7 days of issuance.

• Payments can be made via bank transfer, GCash, or other methods agreed upon with KAIAStudio.

• Late payments will incur a 5% weekly penalty.

Cancellations and Refunds

• If you cancel after the deposit has been made, the deposit will not be refunded.

• If you cancel after the design work has started, additional fees may be charged based on the work completed.

• KAIAStudio reserves the right to cancel any booking due to non-payment, breach of contract, or unprofessional conduct.

Project Timelines

• Projects begin only after full creative brief and signed agreement are received.

• Delays in client feedback or approvals may affect the agreed timeline.

• Timeline extensions due to scope changes will be discussed and quoted accordingly.
